Major Projects

MAB Corporation is currently developing 3 major projects within Melbourne with NewQuay and University Hill each exceeding an end value of over $1 billion and Merrifield an end value of $8 billion. These projects are all based on the Melbourne 2030 plan for live, work, play environments and will each provide a unique and integrated community.

NewQuay
Providing a lively villiage style atmosphere moments from the city, NewQuay is home to some of Melbourne's hottest bars, cafes and restaurants, speciality retailers and contemporary art.

University Hill
Providing a living blueprint for future communities, University Hill has been purposefully designed to provide people with more choices about how and where they want to live and work.

Merrifield
Merrifield is the largest and most visionary development MAB Corporation has embarked on to date. Situated in Melbourne’s northern metropolitan edge on the Hume Highway it is a $8 billion project.
