Planning Approval Boosts Commercial Property Growth at NewQuay |
The Planning Permit for the fourth office building within NewQuay's commercial precinct HQ NewQuay on Docklands Drive has been approved this week. To be developed by MAB Corporation, 395 Docklands Drive is the newest addition to the changing landscape of NewQuay's commercial precinct. MAB Corporation's General Manager Commercial Industrial, Philip Soumilas says, "approval of the Planning Permit will enable MAB to meet the current demand for waterfront office space and provide solutions well into the future." "With both 370 and 380 Docklands Drive predominately pre-committed by major organisations the 395 development is definitely timely," says Mr Soumilas. Completion of HQ NewQuay will accommodate up to 5,000 employees in one of the most enviable business environments in Melbourne.
