NewQuay
NewQuay commenced in 1996 as MAB's $1 billion flagship project at Melbourne Docklands.
The vision was based on building a 24-hour city with a mix of commercial, residential, retail, recreation and educational facilities.
Its design and achievement has made it a great place to live, work and play.
Today, NewQuay has some of the hottest bars, cafes and restaurants in Melbourne's CBD. It is home to over 1,200 residents and over 1,000 workers. Upon completion NewQuay will house approximately 4,000 people, and have over 5,000 workers. In 2009, Quay Park will be developed along with The Avenues luxury townhouses.
